- 基板上にチツプ部品を固着した溶融半田のキユ
ア部を、半田表層をキユアさせる水平状態に保持
した第１段キユア部と、半田内部をキユアさせる
傾斜状態に保持した第２段キユア部とで構成した
ことを特徴とするマウント装置。
