ヨンを刻設したキツク軸に嵌合したとき、前記両
セレーシヨンが噛合しかつボルト挿通孔24部に
て締着することにより、軸支部材20aとキツク
軸、換言すれば足踏操作腕10とキツク軸とが強
固に固定されるようになつている。また、足操作
腕10の自由端には、足踏部材40を取付けるた
めの取付部30を形成すべく取付ピン30aが溶
接されている。この取付ピン30aは鍜造成形し
てなるもので、特に第4図に明瞭に示すように、
その基端部は側面部11と上面部12との境界部
分において両面部11,12の内面に当接して溶
接されていて、足踏部材40の基端部を枢支する
取付部位31が足踏操作腕10から車体側部に沿
つて突出している。足踏部材40は、車体の外側
へ回動可能に取付けられ、足踏操作腕10の上面
部12の車体側の端面12aの自由端側にて、足
踏部材40の基端部に一体的に形成された係合突

材を回動可能に支持する取付ピンの基端部を前記
側面部及び上面部の内面に当接して溶接すると共
に前記上面部の車体側の端部にて、前記足踏部材
と一体的に形成された係合突起と当接し、これに
より同足踏部材の回動を規制して位置決めするス
トツパを形成したものであり、少なくとも2つの
前記面部により足踏操作腕を構成したので重量に
比して高い剛性が得られ、取付ピンは前記両面部
の内面に当接して溶接したので取付ピンの位置決
