Claims (1)
スイツチング素子に接続された螢光体層を電子線
で衝撃して発光させる螢光表示装置において、第
i行の制御信号ラインに並列に接続された複数の
スイツチング素子の第1の端子と、第j列の電源
ラインに並列に接続された前記スイツチング素子
の第2の端子および第i行、第j列に属する螢光
体層を有する1個の表示画素に並列に接続された
前記スイツチング素子の第3の端子から構成され
、第i行に制御信号を、第j列に電源を供給する
ことにより、第i行、第j列に属する複数のスイ
ツチング素子が同時に動作して1個の表示画素を
