However, since the conventional roller support shaft is simply a general bearing device, that is, the rotary shaft is supported by a bearing arranged on a fixed bearing stand, the test tire is placed on the roller with a predetermined load. When the bearing is loaded and rolled, the resistance acting on the bearing due to the load causes errors in measuring rolling resistance.

An oil film is formed on f..., and the swing frame 41 is supported by the tire support frame 4 by hydraulic levitation with almost no loss due to resistance. A torque detection arm 50 extends laterally from the outer peripheral wall of the swing frame 41, and is shown in FIGS.
As can be seen from the figures, the tip of the torque detection arm 50 is connected to a load cell 51 attached to the tire support frame 4. That is, as can be seen from the above figures, a part of the tire support frame 4, that is, a part that supports the tire support shaft 8, is a drum-shaped part 4b, and the swing frame 41 is connected to the drum-shaped part 4b on the inside thereof. It is configured to pivotally support the tire support shaft 8, and for this purpose, a window hole 52 is formed in the drum-shaped portion 4b, and the torque detection arm 50 attached to the swing frame 41 is inserted through the window hole 52 and extends outward. This is to detect the bearing loss caused by the bearings 39 and 40. In other words, this bearing loss appears as a rotational force that attempts to swing the swinging frame 41, so this is measured by the load cell 51. In this case, the swing frame 41 itself naturally has resistance loss due to the member supporting it, that is, the ring seat 45, but in order to reduce this as much as possible, the most effective hydraulic pressure is used as described above. It was a levitation method. Note that 53 shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 is a drain pipe for oil leaking from the pressure oil pool.

The schematic structure of this has already been explained, but as can be seen from each figure, the tire support frame 4 is connected to the support shaft 1.
4, and by operating the load detection cylinder 10 to move the rod 10a up and down, the tire load applied to the rollers 12a and 12b can be adjusted from 0 to 0.
It can be varied within the range of 1000Kg. For example, if the weight of the tire support frame 4 is 1000 kg, if the cylinder 10 lifts 40 kg, the test can be performed with the load applied to the tire being 600 kg. The dummy weight 6 attached to the end of the tire support frame 4 may be increased arbitrarily if the weight is insufficient. Note that 55 is a reinforcing member provided on the tire support frame 4 to reinforce the support shaft 14, and 54 is an electric member that controls the load by supplying and discharging pressure oil to the cylinder 10. It is a hydraulic servo valve.

This bearing device also needs to be configured to have as little bearing loss as possible, and the bearing loss must be separately detected and subtracted from the rolling resistance of the tire. For this reason, the bearing device is an electric double bearing, and bearing loss is detected by a load cell via a swing frame. That is, each roller 1
Both ends of the roller shafts 12a', 12b' of 2a, 12b are supported by swing frames 17a, 17b by bearings 56, and swing frames 17a, 17b are supported by electric double bearings 58. In the electric double bearing 58, the inner ring 57 of the outer bearing 57
a and the outer ring 59a of the inner bearing 59 are provided in pressure contact, and the inner ring 57a
is connected to the gear 62 by a bolt 60 and a presser plate 61 so as to rotate integrally with the outer ring 59.
a is positioned by the inner edge of the gear 62 and the press plate 61. Further, the outer ring 57b of the outer bearing 57 is fixed by a bearing stand 63a, a bearing frame 63b, and a presser cover 64, and the inner bearing 59
The inner ring 59b is in contact with and supports the swinging frames 17a and 17b. The bearing frame 63b and the presser cover 64 are fixed with bolts 65.

The gear 66a of the above-mentioned motor 66 attached thereto meshes with the gear 67.
A gear 68 is further coaxially attached to the gear 67, and this gear 68 meshes with the gear 62 that rotates the inner ring 57a of the aforementioned outer bearing 57.

When the rollers 12a, 12b rotate, the swing frames 17a, 17b swing via the bearings 56 that pivotally support the roller shafts 12a', 12b', but these bearings are electric double bearings. motor 66
As a result, the inner ring 57a of the outer bearing 57 and the outer ring 59a of the inner bearing 59 are connected to the swing frame 17.
Since the swing frames 17a and 17b are always rotating in the swinging direction, the resistance applied to the inner bearing 59 due to the swinging of the swing frames 17a and 17b is almost canceled out, and the swing frame remains in a state where the resistance is close to zero. can be made to oscillate.

ある。 As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 7, etc., the swing frames 17a, 17b are provided so as to surround each roller 12a, 12b with a part of the outer periphery remaining. An arm 18a extending laterally is provided on the outer peripheral wall of each of the surrounding swing frames.
18b is attached, and this arm is connected to the load cell 21 via a connecting fitting 20 connected by a support shaft 19.
is connected to. Therefore, the rollers 12a,
When 12b rotates, the roller support shafts 12a', 12
The resistance due to the bearing part 56 of b' is the resistance of the swinging frame 17
Since this appears as a rotational force that attempts to oscillate the a and 17b, this is detected by the load cell 21 and subtracted during the test. Since the bearings of the swing frames 17a and 17b are supported, the bearing loss of the swing frames themselves can be reduced to an almost negligible level, and only the losses of the bearings of the swing frames 17a and 17b can be detected. In addition, 69
A and 69b are balance plates attached to the swinging frames 17a and 17b, and are provided at positions opposite to the arms 18a and 18b, so that the weight of the arms is canceled out and the swinging frames are balanced. It is designed to be maintained in this state. Also,
70 is a spirit level attached to the tire support frame 4.

The mechanical loss of each shaft and tire support shaft can be measured moment by moment through each load cell connected to each swing frame that supports each support shaft, and this loss can be measured and measured using a dynamometer. By subtracting it from the measured value, only the pure rolling resistance of the tire can be accurately measured. In this way, the present invention is equipped with a means for measuring the loss of the tire support shaft and roller support shaft when measuring the rolling resistance of the tire on the roller side, so it is possible to more accurately measure the rolling resistance of the tire using a dynamometer. is now possible.
