  1. 対象とするワークに組付けるべき部品を保持す

    の空気圧シリンダと水平軸線を中心に回転動作す
    る空気圧ロータリーアクチユエータとによつて支
    持し、かつ各空気圧シリンダおよび空気圧ロータ
    リーアクチユエータに接続されたエアー回路中に
    、空気圧シリンダおよび空気圧ロータリーアクチ
    ユエータの内圧を外部負荷にバランスさせるエア
    ーバランシング回路を組込んだことを特徴とする
    組立作業用マニピユレータ。
