    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 対象とするワークに組付けるべき部品を保持す
    る保持部を、三次元方向で直線的に動作する複数
    の空気圧シリンダと水平軸線を中心に回転動作す
    るＤＣサーボモータとによつて支持し、かつマニ
    ピユレータ本体フレームに取付けられる昇降用シ
    リンダを３体のガイドロツドによつてガイドした
    ことを特徴とする組立作業用マニピユレータ。
