Abstract

PURPOSE:To exactly operate a rising and falling gate by forming an air vent opening in the side of a gate whose lower end portion is rotatably set through hinges on the river bed. CONSTITUTION:When the level of water in a water channel reaches a planned level, an automatic device is actuated to cause a gate 1 to fall and the gate 1 sinks into overflow water. In this case, air bubbles 13 formed inside the gate 1 are quickly discharged from an air vent opening 11. Damage to the gate 1 and the hinges 2 by buoyancy of the bubbles 13 can thus be prevented.

This type of floating gate is generally constructed by installing a gate body 3a rotatably on a river bed 3c by means of a hinge part 3b, as shown in FIG.
The door body 3a is rotated around b and laid down on the river bed 3c.

However, at that time, air bubbles 3d are generated inside the door body 3a, and the door body 3a is in a collapsed state due to the buoyant force F caused by the air bubbles 3d.
If the door wobbles and damages the door body 3a or hinge part 3b, or if there is backwater, that is, a considerable water level on the downstream side,
There was a problem that the door body 3a floated and could not be completely lowered. In order to solve this problem, it has been proposed and implemented, for example, to attach a weight 3e to the inside of the door body 3a, but even if such a measure is adopted, the wobbling of the door body 3a due to the buoyant force F of the air bubbles 3d cannot be completely prevented. It is difficult to eliminate them, and there are various disadvantages such as the structure becomes complicated and the cost increases.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a folding type that has a simple structure and prevents the door body from wobbling due to air bubbles generated inside the door body when the door body is folded down. The goal is to provide a gate. In order to achieve this object, the undulating gate according to the present invention has an air vent opening formed in the side surface of a door body whose lower end is rotatably installed on a riverbed by means of a hinge. By forming the air vent opening in this manner, air bubbles accumulated inside the door body when the door body is collapsed are naturally drawn out through the opening. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a front view of the undulating gate according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a side view, in which 1 is a door body, the lower end of which is rotatably mounted on a river bed 3 using a hinge part 2. has been done. 4 is an anchor, and 6 is a reinforcing steel pipe provided on the upper part of the door body 1. The drum 6 has a thick wall thickness t and a large weight in order to prevent the door body 1 from wobbling due to overflow water when the door body is collapsed.

The door body 1 is arranged between side walls 6 and 7 erected on both sides of the waterway.
It is installed so that it can rotate around the hinge part 2 and can rise and fall freely. A hoisting device 8 is installed at the top of one side wall 6. One side of the door body 1 is connected to a hoisting device 8 by a winding wire 9, and by operating the hoisting device 8, the door body 1 is collapsed on the river bed 3 (dashed line in Figure 2). (see). Reference numeral 10 denotes a drainer erected on the upper part of the door body 1. Reference numeral 11 denotes an air vent opening formed directly below the steel pipe 6 on the side surface 12 of the door body, and is formed to vent air from air bubbles 13 generated inside the door body 1.

This floating type gate has the above-mentioned configuration, and when the water level of the waterway reaches the planned water level, an automatic device (not shown) is activated and the gate body 1 is automatically overturned, and the collapsed gate body 1 is They will be submerged in overflow water (see the chain line in Figure 2). At this time, air bubbles 13 tend to be generated inside the door body 1, but these air bubbles 13 are quickly removed from the air vent opening 11.

If the air bubbles 13 are removed quickly in this manner, the door body 1 will not wobble due to the buoyant force of the air bubbles 13 and the door body 1 will not be damaged or the hinge portion 2 will be damaged. Further, as described above, since the steel pipe 6 has a thick wall t to increase its weight, the door body 1 will not wobble due to overflowing water when the door body is collapsed.

In this embodiment, only one air vent opening 11 is formed, but any number of air vent openings 11 may be formed. Furthermore, the opening 11 may be formed only on one side surface 12, or may be formed on both side surfaces 12.12. Also side 12
It can be formed anywhere in the throat, and the key is to form it where air can be vented most effectively.

As explained above, the undulating gate according to the present invention has an air vent opening 11 formed in the side surface 12 of the door body 1 whose lower end is rotatably installed on the riverbed 3'2 by the hinge part 2. Therefore, with an extremely simple configuration, the air bubbles 13 generated inside the door body 1 when the door body is collapsed can be reliably and quickly removed. Therefore, for bubble 13,
The door body 1 in the collapsed state does not wobble and damage the door body 1, the hinge part 2, etc., and even if there is bank water, the door body 1 can be completely collapsed quickly.
