During molding, the mold 1 is lowered to the position indicated by the dotted line, and the heated molten synthetic resin is press-fitted into the gate 1a, and a well-known runner (not shown) extending radially from the lower end of the gate 1a is used to connect the molds 1 and 2. It is injected into a space and molded into a predetermined shape, and the mold 1 is raised to take out the first shade body A.

なる。FIG. 2 shows the second step, in which the second shade body B is molded by the upper and lower molds 3 and 4, and is integrally fused with the first shade body B. The second shade body is molded from synthetic resin such as sterol or acrylic, has a white color, and constitutes, for example, the upper part of the shade. At the time of molding, first, the first shade body A molded in the first step is held near the outer periphery of the mold 4, and then the mold 3 is lowered to the position indicated by the dotted line, and the heat-molten synthetic resin is Press in. This synthetic resin is injected into the space between the molds 3 and 4 by a well-known runner (not shown) extending radially from the lower end of the gate 3a, and the resin is injected into the space between the molds 3 and 4.
When reaching the edge of the first shade body A, the edge of the first shade body A is melted by the synthetic resin, and both shade bodies A and B are fused together. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the boundary between both shade bodies A and B, and the boundary C between both shade bodies A and B forms a diagonal step shape.
Care is taken to ensure good mutual fusion. and,
Since the mold 4 is provided with a gas vent hole 4a located corresponding to the boundary C between the two shade bodies A and B, the air contained in the space between the molds 3 and 4 is removed before injection of the synthetic resin. In order to be able to release the synthetic resin well and to reach the entire circumference of the edge of the first shade body A, both shade bodies A,
B can be fused and bonded all around the circumference without any gaps.

A slight gap between the eight molds 4b and the donut-shaped outer mold 4c is utilized. Incidentally, in the first step, the slight gap between the molds 1 and 2 is used as a gas vent hole, but in the second step, the gap a between the molds 3 and 4 is used as the first shade element A. Because it is inserted,
It cannot be used as a gas vent hole, and as described above, for example, it is formed as a gas vent hole 4a by intentionally configuring the mold 4 like the 8 mold 4b and the outer mold 4C. The first shade body A is shown at the end, and FIG. 5 shows the state in which the first shade body A and the second shade body B are combined to form a shade at the end of the second step.

It is possible to manufacture shades for lighting equipment by integrally fusing and bonding two or more shade bodies, so by varying the texture of each shade body, such as hue, saturation, pattern, etc., it is possible to create shades with a design effect. Moreover, there is almost no risk of deterioration in appearance due to long-term use.Furthermore, since the mold is provided with gas vent holes that correspond to the boundaries of adjacent shade elements, manufacturing defects can be almost completely eliminated, and the shade element It has excellent effects such as good bonding between bodies.
