Claims (1)
- ワークと加工ヘツドとの距離を検出する距離検
出器の出力に基づいて移動機構を作動して該距離
を一定に保持し上記ワークを加工する加工装置に
おける設定距離補正装置において、任意の基準電
圧を発生する距離設定器と、該距離設定器によつ
て設定された基準電圧及び上記距離検出器の出力
との差に基づいて、上記移動機構に対して指令信
号を出力する比較回路とを具備したことを特徴と
する加工装置における設定距離補正装置。
