Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電流源４と、該電流源４から供給される電流印加時に生
    じる電圧降下が温度依存性をもつ複数個の自己発熱型の
    検出素子からなり、常時空気中に配設され空気中での検
    出素子１個当りの電圧降下量を検出する第１の検出素子
    ２、常時液体中に浸漬され液体中での検出素子１個当り
    の電圧降下量を検出する第２の検出素子３及び液面位変
    化方向に沿って互に適宜間隔で配列された複数個の検出
    素子からなる液面位検出用の検出素子列１からなる直列
    回路と、前記第１の検出素子２の両端間電圧、前記第２
    の検出素子３の両端間電圧及び前記液面位検出用検出素
    子列１の両端間電圧を適宜入力し、それらに基づいて液
    面位を算出する信号処理回路５〜１０とを備えてなるこ
    とを特徴とする液面計。
