ヤンバ、５は高温恒温槽、６は低温恒温槽、７は
熱気発生器、８は冷気発生器、１４はサーミスタ
１、１５はサーミスタ２、１８は高温設定器、１
９は低温設定器、２０は予熱設定器、２１は予冷
設定器、３０は電源装置、３１は板バネ、３２は
ストレインゲージである。なお、図中、同一符号
は同一または相当部分を示すものとする。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 冷熱衝撃試験に必要な所望の低温度より低めに
    設定可能な予冷設定を持つ低温恒温槽や、冷熱衝
    撃試験に必要な所望の高温度より高めに設定可能
    な予熱設定を持つ高温恒温槽と、チヤンバと、前
    記チヤンバ内に供試台とを有し、前記供試台に、
    重さに応じて変わる熱負荷を持つ供試体を収納し
    て、前記チヤンバ内の温度を低温恒温槽や高温恒
    温槽内の温度雰囲気にさらして冷熱衝撃試験を実
    施する冷熱衝撃試験器において、供試台の所望の
    位置に供試体の重さに応じて変形する板バネと、
    前記板バネの変形度合相当の電圧を発生するスト
    レインゲージと、前記ストレインゲージ発生電圧
    を増巾する電圧増巾器を設けたことを特徴とする
    冷熱衝撃試験器。
