  1. Ｘ線または中性子線の細束を被検体に入射したとき生ず
    る回折線のうち、特定の散乱角で進行する回折線を利用
    して断層撮影する装置（以下、回折断層撮影装置という
    ）において、円筒状に配置させた複数の単結晶板の集合
    とピンホールスリットとの組合せによ断層機能を与える
    装置。
