2 is a hollow pipe made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, and is formed by extrusion together with a pair of partition walls 5 that partition the interior. It is divided into a hollow part for use and a hollow part for filling with sound insulation material. A large number of sound absorbing holes 1 are perforated in the longitudinal direction on the half circumference of the hollow pipe 2 on the front side (that is, on the outer surface side of the hollow pipe 2 corresponding to the hollow portion for filling the sound absorbing material). Reference numeral 4 denotes a bottomed cylindrical cap made of synthetic resin such as polyvinyl chloride, and a nut storage recess 6 is provided on the outer surface side of the bottom of the cap 4. When assembling the sound absorbing material A, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the sound insulating material 7 made of mortar is filled in the hollow part between the partition walls 5 of the hollow pipe 2 for filling with sound insulating material, and bolts are attached at both ends. A strong wire 8b such as a piano wire having a diameter of 8a is inserted through the sound insulation material 7, and foamed polyurethane or glass wool is inserted into the hollow part for filling the sound absorption material between the front side of the hollow pipe 2 where the sound absorption hole 1 is located and the partition wall. A sound absorbing material 3 such as the one shown in FIG. Tighten cap 4. At this time, the bolt 8a and the wire rod 8b serve as reinforcing materials. Further, the space between the back side of the hollow pipe 2 and the partition wall 5 may be a hollow chamber or may be filled with a sound absorbing material. Furthermore, a plurality of mounting columns 11 made of H steel are erected at equal intervals on the foundation concrete 10 at the location where the noise-absorbing wall is to be formed, and both ends of each are inserted into the mounting grooves 12 of the adjacent mounting columns 11. Accordingly, a plurality of sound-absorbing materials A are stacked and arranged so that the sound-absorbing hole 1 side is the front side. A protective cover 13 having a U-shaped cross section is fitted onto the upper end of the mounting column 11 and is attached with bolts to prevent the sound absorbing material A from coming off. Mounting post 11
A wire 15 is suspended in a cross shape between the wire attachment holes 14, and a fastener 1 such as a turnbuckle is attached.
It is tightened at 6. In this way, a noise-absorbing wall as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is formed, and the sound that enters through the sound-absorbing hole 1 is absorbed by the sound-absorbing material 3, is insulated by the sound-insulating material 7, and is further absorbed into the hollow chamber. The sound is reduced and the sound is insulated by the back plate portion of the hollow pipe 2.
The shape of the hollow pipe 2 constituting the main body of the sound-absorbing material A may be arbitrary, and may be round as shown in Fig. 6a, square as shown in Fig. 6b, or square as shown in Fig. 6c.
It may be a drum shape as shown in FIG. 6, a trapezoid shape as shown in FIG. 6 d, a triangular shape as shown in FIG. 6 e, a rectangular shape as shown in FIG. 6 f, or another diamond shape. Furthermore, in the above description, the sound-absorbing materials A are stacked and arranged horizontally, but they may be arranged vertically.

As described above, the present invention can be manufactured at a low cost because the hollow pipe, which is mainly made of synthetic resin, can be formed by extrusion molding, and it can be manufactured at an even lower cost because waste materials of synthetic resin can be used. By replacing the diameter, wall thickness,
The external shape can be easily changed, and by changing the length of the hollow pipes and the number of hollow pipes lined up, the height and width can be freely changed to change the area.Furthermore, since it is a synthetic resin, it can be used as a rust preventive material. It does not require any coloring and can be colored as desired, and any sound insulating material can be easily placed inside the hollow pipe to enhance the sound absorption effect. A hollow part for filling the sound absorbing material and a hollow part for filling the sound insulating material are separated by a partition wall, and a large number of sound absorbing holes are bored on the surface of the hollow part for filling the sound absorbing material, and a sound absorbing material is placed inside the hollow part for filling the sound absorbing material. Fill the hollow part for filling the sound insulating material with a sound insulating material made of mortar, cover both ends of the hollow pipe with a cap, bury a wire in the sound insulating material made of mortar, and fix both ends of the wire to the cap. Since it is formed of a sound-absorbing material, the sound is absorbed into the interior through the sound-absorbing holes, the sound-absorbing material effectively absorbs the sound, and the sound-insulating material reliably insulates the sound. In other words, in the case of the present invention, the hollow pipe The material can absorb and insulate sound, and the mortar containing wire rods inside the sound absorbing material makes it strong against compression and tension, and particularly strong enough to withstand wind loads. Since the hollow part for filling the sound insulation material is filled with mortar and the wire is buried in the mortar, it is possible to easily form a sound absorbing material with strong strength and high sound insulation properties, with the external shape of a hollow pipe formed into an arbitrary shape. . Furthermore, since both ends of the wire to be buried in the mortar are fixed to the cap, the wire does not move within the uncured mortar during hardening of the mortar, and the wire can be buried accurately at a predetermined position in the mortar.
