を保持する保持体を弾性支持体で移動自在に支持
した光学系支持装置において、前記保持体と弾性
支持体との連結部及び又は弾性支持体と固定部材
との連結部を可撓性を有する接着剤層を介して連
結したことを特徴とする光学系支持装置。
