制御可能な整流器の交流入力電圧を検出する電圧
検出回路と、これら電流検出回路および電圧検出
回路の出力信号を乗算する掛算器と、この掛算器
の出力に基づいて前記制御可能な整流器を位相制
御する制御回路とを備えたことを特徴とする電圧
