- 能動素子と接続され共同動作するための直流電
流の流されるマイクロストリツプ線路導体を、能
動素子と接続されない他方端側で、直流遮断のた
めに一旦切断して、該切断個所を橋絡する位置に
絶縁材料・導体材料の組合せ素子を設け、該導体
材料を所定の容量値・誘導値が得られる大きさに
選定したことを特徴とするマイクロストリツプ線
路の直流遮断素子。
