制御発振器、４：プログラマブル分周器、５：安
定化電源。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電圧制御発振器と、周波数に関するデータを蓄
    積するプログラマブル分周器と、基準発振回路と
    、位相比較器とで構成する無線機のシンセサイザ
    回路において、前記プログラマブル分周器と安定
    化電源との間にダイオードを接続し、このダイオ
    ードの出力側とアースとの間に電荷を蓄積する素
    子を接続したことを特徴とする無線機のシンセサ
    イザ回路。
