Claims (1)
- 可動部材と測定部材と従動部材とにより構成さ
れ、上記可動部材は圧力液体源に連通せる液体給
排口を有するシリンダーＡに往復動ロツドＢを装
入し、該ロツドＢの一端は外方の検出器に接触す
る測定板を有し、上記測定部材はシリンダーＣに
往復動ロツドＤを装入し該ロツドＤの一端は外方
の被測定物に接触する測定子を有し、上記従動部
材に中空の可撓部材にて可動部材と測定部材とを
連結し可撓部材に充満せる液体はシリンダーＡ内
を往復動するロツドＢの他端とシリンダーＣ内を
往復動するロツドＤの他端とによつて密閉するこ
とを特徴とする遠隔式寸法測定機。
