Claims (1)
- 検出器と、検出器を収納する蓋材と、検出器に
当接する押圧棒と、押圧棒を往復動可能に収容す
る連結部材と、圧力源と連通する継手部材と、押
圧棒と継手部材との間に配設された封止部材とで
構成され、継手部材には押圧棒の一端と流体導入
孔とを連通させる連孔を穿設したことを特徴とす
る圧力変換器。
