Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は組合構造物の面に複合材料のストランドを配設
するヘッドを有する自動機械に関する。
従来の技術 今日の技法は複合材料のストランド、例え汀捩らないカ
ーボン繊維にエポキン又は熱可塑性樹脂を含浸させた材
料のストランドを布設、押圧する憬憶が開発された。こ
の型式の機械はAVSD(改良可変ストランド配設)機
と称され、ストラフ 1・は貯留器内に収容し、平行に
所定間隔に押圧ローラーの下金辿り、ローラーは支持凹
上にストラ/ド?押圧し、ストランドは平((なって虻
に智接して部品構造物となる。次の処理過程Fi、!E
縮モールドであり、構造物を成型圧縮し、熱可塑性樹脂
の場なは硬化過程を行ない、オートクレーブの真空パノ
°グを便用して成形部品を受ける。
発明によって解決しようとする問題点 財知のヘッドは切断したストランドの処理が困難でのる
。切断したストラッドは斤に離fる1唄向があり、次の
1′ト業のたり材料を布置するためにはストフ/ド金並
べ直す必斐がのる。更に、材料を押圧するために1個の
押圧ローラーの使用では問題点を生ずる。材料の別のプ
ライを形成する隙に、組立てた材料は一部司涜・註とな
って押圧ローノーに達する。押圧ローラー(−曲つた組
\γて構造の上1こ次のストランドヲ押圧する必要を生
ずる。更に、一部の既知の構造は、ストランドゝ間隔規
正に何を押圧ユニットから陥れた反厘とする。本発明者
は間隔規正憬1丹は押圧ローラー及び部品■に近くに貢
げば艮い間隔規正となることを知った。
問題点を解決するための手段 本発明によつ−(ストランド蒲置面上を動く複合ストフ
ッド自己設へノド全提供する。ストランドは条内ローラ
ーの下ゲ逍ジロー〕−はストランドに分離制御する。予
圧ロ−ラーがストランドをストラッド布置L!1]にf
I+li上する。+圧、J−ラ−の下流の、す[l熱源
はストラッドを加熱し、仄の押圧ローラーは複合ストラ
ンドに最終押用力を作用する。
作用 本発明によるストランド配設ヘノビは4Q’圧ローラー
の上流1・ζ予圧ローラーを設ける。更に間隔規正機構
をア圧ローラーに近接して設け、上述の欠点をなくする
実施例 第1図は本発明を適用し得る基本ストノ/ド配設潰]0
を示し、機械10((はベース侮造11上のj角い側路
■2を有し、頭−Fブリッジ型支持装置す1jち三脚ガ
ントリー13を支持する。力゛/トリーJ3は横レール
装置14を有しサドル15ケ支持し、サドルl叶こ各種
複合材料ソータヘッド例えは図7Fのス[シ/ト′配設
ヘッド16會取付ける。ヘットゝ16(1被合惧造物例
えは第1図に示すモールドl1m 17を溝成す^7こ
めの面上に材料を布置する。
第2図に支持面20上1′(複合伺科□ヲストラ/ト1
9を配設するだめの既知のへノド゛18會小す。この構
造ぽ理解て容易にするために線図として示したが、当業
者vcao−ラー支持軸受、滑り軸受前の汗細は容易に
設計し得る。第2図において、ヘッド189・よ第1図
11こ示す機械のサドル15に支持さ才t1王支持フレ
ーム21に取付けた回転ローラー組q体22vて棋数の
溝23を設けて図示しない貯留装置から受ける複合スト
フッ1−19を所定の間隔とする。フレーム21には垂
直可動支持ロッド24を有し、フレーム21に対して相
対滑動9罷に支承する。ロッド24の下端に押圧ローラ
ー25を取付け、部品面2U上に布置したストランド上
に押圧力を作用する。図示の例では剥離紙26ヲ供給リ
ール27から供給し、押圧ローラーを廻って巻取り−ル
28に巻取り、ストランド19が押圧ローラー25に粘
着するのを防ぐ。加熱源29、例えに赤外線ランプを支
持フレーム211し・こ取付け、間隔規正ローラー組立
体22と押圧ローラー25との間の点30でストランド
に熱h=給し、材料の軟化と密嵌を容易にする。剪定の
時間間隔で押圧ローラー25を部品面2Uから上けるた
めに支持ロッドを上方に引上げる。第1図に示す構造に
は切断装置・は示さないが、耽知の装置は通常はストラ
ン)’ 19をと流1UlI、即ち間隔規正ローラー組
立体22より上方の点で切断するための図示しない機構
を有する。第3図は複合材料のストランドの間隔規正の
だめの溝付ローラー22ヲ示す。
第4図は本発明によるストラ/ド配設ヘッド31kyN
し、予圧作業を行なう。即ち、ヘッド31の−4−スフ
レーム32は例えば空気圧/リング33等によって垂直
方向に支持サドル15に対して可動とし、べ〜スフシー
ム32 ハ間隔規正ローラー34を押Ifロー ラー3
5の上流111ij下端に取付ける。間隔規IE O−
シー3面會品品面36に近接Gせて押圧ローラー35の
上流に取付けることによって、部品面36−トの材料の
間隔規正は良くなる。ベースフレーム32に取伺は間隔
成上ローラー34の@佐とした予圧ローラー37vCよ
って、狽合ストランド19の圧縮の予圧を灯ない、下流
の押圧ローラー35が城終王&4を何なう。
押圧ローラー35は垂直支持ロッド38に支イ守され、
複合面36上に独立に押圧力を作用する。ペースフレー
ム32に取付すだ2個の加熱源39 、40の中で、加
熱源39は予圧ローラー37と下流押上ローラー35と
の間にあり、最終圧縮のために材料を軟化する。
予熱器40は間隔棋1Fローラー34の上流側とし、予
圧ローラー37ケ通る前のストランド19を加熱する。

部品1m36附近の間隔規正ローラー34を示す。
第6図は第4図に示すヘッド31の他の実施例を示し、
押圧ローラー35を垂直支持ロッ)38 Vこ回転不i
ヒに取付ける。これによって、ローラー35はスキッド
として作用し、剥離紙41は紙供給リール42からスキ
ッド外径t[つて紙巻取リール43に入る。
実験上、ローラー全スキットゝとすれば複合材料押圧の
ための艮い結米全得る。
第7八〜71)図は他の実施例による予圧機能付きスト
フッド配設ヘッド44の作動/−ケンス金丁す。第7A
図に小すヘッド44に図>r: L aい機械のザドル
15に取付けたベースフレーム4bt[する。
ベースフレーム4F5に支持シfこ垂直ローラー支持ロ
ッド46は垂直軸線に沿って可動とし1、ロッド46の
下端に間隔規正ローラー47を支持する。予圧ローラー
48は間隔規市ローラー47に近接下流側に取付ける。
ベースフレーム45に枢支した回動腕50に下流押圧ロ
ーラー49を支持し、所定間隔で複合ストランド19に
押圧力を作用する。ベースフレーム45に取付けたヒー
ター51例えば石英ランプは予圧ローラー48と押圧ロ
ーラー49との間の点52を加熱する。ベースフレーム
45に2277部53、切断部54を設け、ベースフレ
ーム45に対して固定として複合材料より上方とし、押
圧予圧ローラー49 、48の間ヒーター51の上流と
する。第7B図は予圧ローラー48と間隔規正ローラー
47の上昇位置全2ハし、ストランド19は上方に引上
げられてクラップ部53に保持される。第7C図は切断
部54かストランド19に切断し、ストランド919が
クラップ部53に保持さnることをボす。この時に垂直
支持ロッド46を下げ、ストランド19と予圧ローラー
48を作動面19に押圧する。この時はクラップ部0,
3は解放位置とし、ストランド″19を解放してストフ
ッド配設ヘッド44の作動再開とする。
第8A〜8D図は第7A図のクラップ部53を示し、ハ
ウジング部55が2個の滑動ブロック56 、57を支
持する。ブロック56 、57は互に対向してはね58
 、59の刀を受ける。第8B図に示す通り、70ツク
56 、57は夫々対向部に糾面部60.61に−有し
、複合ストランドゝ19がゾロツク56 、57に向り
−て上方に引かれた時に9fp+而部60 、61の形
成するv型内に入りばね58 、59の力に抗して上方
に引かれ、ブロック56.57kf退させて第8C図の
ストランド位置とする。クラップ部53には爪62が枢
支ピ/63に回動可1毛に支持され、はね64によって
ストランド19の受入位置に押圧される。爪62のTl
に細かい165を下向きにブロック56.57Vこ向け
て形成する。
爪の歯65のストランド8面に対する摩4%合VCよっ
て、ストラン)’19の後退運動はピン63を中心とす
る回@運動と押Ifはね64の力とによって爪b2葡ス
トランド囲に強く押出してストランドの佐退倉防ぐ。反
対連動腕66が爪62よシ後万に延長し、ルノイドブラ
ンジャ等による第8D図の大きな矢印で示す力が選択的
に作用すれは、爪62をばね64の力に抗して回動させ
て爪62のストランド19に対する把持を解放する。切
断部54は図のクラップ部53の下流側に取付け、ス]
・ラッド19を第8D図に・賀す通りに切断する。切断
されたストラン+−゛は図の右方に引かれるのを防がれ
る。実験ヒ、ストランド19ノ引識強度B 最大500
1?bs (約230kl/)テ6ル。
ストランド布置全再開する時は、予圧ローラー48を第
7D図に示す通りにストランド19に押圧し、爪62を
第8D図に示す反対向きの力によって解放する。
第9図は切断部54の1jl11面図であり、カッタプ
レー )”67 、68を互に隣接させ、図示しないカ
ッタ支持ハウジング内f:滑拗可北とする。第10図に
手すmv、カッタプレード67 、68は櫛状であり、
−力を固定、他方ケ相対可動とし、往俵鯛ツヤ−の型式
とする。ストランド19が広い又は狭い間隔であっても
櫛の園内に入って切貼さnる。
本発明r好適な実施例について説明したが本兄明は個々
の変型が可能でめジ、実施例並ひに図而は発明を限定J
−るものではない。
発明の効果 本発明によって押圧ローラーの上流に予圧ローラーを設
け、間隔規正ローラーを予圧ローラーに近接させ、間隔
規IE後にストランドが横に変位するのを防ぐ。
更に本発明によるストランドクランプ及び切断機構は予
圧ローラーの下流側とし、ストランド布it過程の再始
動(グ著しく容易になる。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 1、複合材料のストランドを布置する機械に機械のベー
    スと、ベースの案内路上を可動としたヘッドキャリアと
    、ストランド供給源と、ヘッドキャリアに支持取付られ
    たストランド配設ヘッドとを設けたものにおいて、スト
    ランド配設ヘッドには、複合材料布置面に対して可動の
    ヘッドフレームと、フレームに取付けられ複数の複合ス
    トランドの間隔を制御する案内ローラーと、ヘッドフレ
    ームに対して可動とし案内ローラーの下流とした予圧ロ
    ーラーと、予圧ローラーをストランド布置面に押圧する
    装置と、予圧ローラーの下流の押圧ローラーとを備え、
    上記押圧ローラーはヘッドフレームに対して可動とし、
    押圧ローラーをストランド布置面に押圧する装置と、予
    圧押圧ローラー間の位置とした加熱源とを備え、これに
    よつて、複合ストランドは第1に案内ローラーを廻つて
    予圧ローラーによつてストランド布置面に押圧され、ス
    トランドが加熱源によつて加熱された後にヘッドがスト
    ランド布置面上を動く間にストランドは押圧ローラーに
    よつて最終押圧を受けることを特徴とするストランド配
    設ヘッド。
