Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 撮像のための光学系と、該光学系によつて
    入力された入力画像を検知するためのラインセン
    サと、前記光学系から該ラインセンサへの光路中
    に設けた分岐手段と、該分岐手段によつて分岐さ
    れた前記入力画像を撮像するための撮像手段と、
    前記ラインセンサからの映像信号と前記撮像手段
    からの２次元映像信号とを各々独立して、又は同
    時に観測する観測手段を有することを特徴とする
    撮像装置。 (2) 前記観測手段は、前記ラインセンサからの
    映像信号と前記撮像手段からの２次元映像信号と
    を重ねてモニタするモニタ手段からなることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の撮
    像装置。 (3) 前記観測手段は、前記ラインセンサからの
    映像信号を２値化する第１の２値化手段と、該第
    １の２値化手段からの２値化映像信号と前記撮像
    手段からの２次元映像信号とを重ねてモニタする
    モニタ手段とからなることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の撮像装置。 (4) 前記観測手段は、前記第１の２値化手段に
    おける２値化スライスレベルを用いて前記撮像手
    段からの２次元映像信号を２値化する第２の２値
    化手段と、該第２の２値化手段からの２次元２値
    化映像信号をモニタするモニタ手段とからなるこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の撮像装置。
