Claims (1)
- 弾性材料により凸状折曲部１３と凹状折曲部１
４とを交互に複数個連結してジヤバラ状中空体１
２を形成し、該ジヤバラ状中空体１２の一端に設
けた入口部に負圧供給管４を連結し、負圧の供給
及び停止を行うことにより該ジヤバラ状中空体１
２の他端を変位させるようにした負圧アクチユエ
ータにおいて、前記ジヤバラ状中空体１２を構成
する前記凸状折曲部１３と前記凹状折曲部１４を
軸方向に平坦に形成し、かつ、前記凸状折曲部１
３を前記凹状折曲部１４よりも薄肉に形成したこ
とを特徴とする負圧アクチユエータ。
