Claims (1)
- 光のエネルギに基づいて温度を検出する温度計
と、該温度計に一端を接続した光フアイバと、該
光フアイバの他端に基端部を光学的に結合し、先
端面が軸長方向に対して所定の角度となつた平坦
面を有するフアイバロツドと、該フアイバロツド
の平坦面の背面に対向する透孔を有し、前記光フ
アイバロツドから光フアイバ端部までを覆う保護
管とを備え、該フアイバロツド先端部側方から入
射し、前記先端面にて反射される光を、該フアイ
バロツド及び前記光フアイバにより前記温度計に
伝播するようにしたことを特徴とする温度センサ
。
