- 高温蒸気に対する耐腐食性材料の先端針と光フ
アイバと前記先端針及び光フアイバの支持管より
成る高温、高圧用の光プローブにおいて、前記先
端針と光フアイバとの間に耐高温性材料の光伝送
棒を設けたことを特徴とする光プローブ。
