第１図は本考案の遮音シートの一実施例を示す
斜視図であり、第２図は第１図に示した遮音シー
トに用いられるポリエステル系繊維から成るスパ
ンボンド不織シートの平面図であり、第３図は本
考案の遮音シートの他の実施例を示す斜視図であ
り、第４図は本考案の遮音シートの片面に表装材
を積層して一体とした複合シートを示す斜視図で
あり、第５−Ａ図は第１図に示した遮音シートを
製造する際に用いられる装置の一例を示す略示正
面図であり、第５−Ｂ図は第３図に示した遮音シ
ートを製造する際に用いられる装置の一例を示す
略示正面図であり、第６−Ａ図、第６−Ｂ図、第
６図−Ｃ図は本考案の遮音シートに用いられるポ
リエステル系繊維から成るスパンボンド不織シー
トと従来公知の乾式不織シートの伸びに対する抵
抗値を示すグラフであり、第６−Ａ図はタテ方向
、第６−Ｂ図は斜め方向、第６−Ｃ図はヨコ方向
で抵抗値をそれぞれ示す。 １，２…遮音シート、３…複合シート、１０…
ゴムアスフアルト層、１１…無機充填剤、２１，
２２…ポリエステル系繊維から成るスパンボンド
不織シート、２３…熱圧着部、３１…剥離紙、３
２…接着剤層、４０…表装材。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 無機充填剤を含有したゴムアスフアルト層と
    その両面にそれぞれ積層された表面層とから成る
    遮音シートであつて、前記表面層の少なくとも一
    方がポリエステル系繊維から成るスパンボンド不
    織シートであることを特徴とする遮音シート。 ２ 前記表面層の両方がポリエステル系繊維から
    成るスパンボンド不織シートである実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の遮音シート。 ３ 前記表面層の一方がポリエステル系繊維から
    成る不織シートであり、他の表面層が接着剤層を
    介して積層された剥離紙である実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の遮音シート。
