Claims (1)
- 天板部と環状部とテーパ状のフランジ部と前記天板部に
形成されたガラス封着用透孔とを有する金属外環と、前
記透孔にガラスを介して気密かつ絶縁して封着されたリ
ード線とを備え、前記フランジ部の外面に被取付体の透
孔の下端縁部を線接触状態にして抵抗溶接される気密端
子において、前記フランジ部の外面の環状部からの寸法
１が、フランジ部の全長Ｌに対して略Ｌ／３の箇所に薄
肉部を形成したことを特徴とする気密端子。
