Claims (1)
- はんだ槽に収容した溶融はんだをノズルから噴
出させる噴流はんだ装置において、補助はんだ槽
を設け、この補助はんだ槽と上記はんだ槽を連通
させ、上記はんだ槽に収容した溶融はんだのレベ
ルを検出して上記はんだ槽の溶融はんだ量を上記
補助はんだ槽に収容した溶融はんだ量を増減する
ことにより調節し、上記はんだ槽の溶融はんだの
レベルを一定に保持することを特徴とする噴流は
んだ装置用はんだレベル制御装置。
