Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 溶融したはんだ３を収容する溶融はんだ槽１と
、その溶融はんだ槽１内から溶融はんだ３を上方
へ噴出させると共にその溶融はんだ３を前記はん
だ槽１へ循環させる噴出手段６とを備え、噴出さ
れた溶融はんだ３の上面を通つて基板８を移送さ
せて、溶融はんだ３の噴流によりはんだ付けを行
うようにした噴流式はんだ付け装置において、 前記溶融はんだ３の噴出高さを設定するための
設定手段１０と、 前記溶融はんだ３の噴出部の近傍に配置され、
溶融はんだ３の噴出高さを検出する検出手段９と
、 その検出手段９により検出された噴出高さと、
前記設定手段１０により設定された噴出高さを比
較し、その比較結果に基づいて実際の噴出高さと
設定高さとが一致するように前記噴出手段６を作
動制御する制御手段１１，１２と を備えたことを特徴とする噴流式はんだ付け装置
。
