である。 図において、１は本体、２は入口ドア、３は回
転リング、４は回転リング支えローラ、５はパレ
ツト支えブラケツト、６はパレツト及びワーク、
７は洗浄液ノズル、８は洗浄液除去エアーノズル
、９は洗浄液濾過器が取り付いた洗浄液タンク、
１０は圧縮エアー増幅機構付洗浄液除去エアーノ
ズル、１１は洗浄ノズルヘツド、１２はエアーシ
リンダ、１３は入口、１４は輪形室、１５は輪形
すき間、１６および１７は周囲空気である。なお
、図中、同一あるいは相当部分には同一符号を付
して示してある。

Claims (1)
- 機械加工の際にパレツト及びワークの上に附着
した切粉と切削油を取り除く洗浄装置において、
パレツトを支え洗浄液が飛散しないように形成し
た本体と、この本体前面に設けた入口ドアと、上
記本体内をエアーシリンダのアクチエータによつ
て水平又は垂直に移動し、かつ洗浄液ノズルと圧
縮エアー増幅機構付洗浄液除去エアーノズルとに
よつて構成したループ状の洗浄ノズルヘツドと、
上記本体の下部に設けられた洗浄液濾過器付洗浄
液タンクとで構成したことを特徴とする洗浄装置
。
