Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ この発明は、自動車用シー１−の前後調節機構に関する
ものである。
［従来技術１ 乗用車の前席シートには、前後に位首調節するための機
構が設けられる。ぞしてたとえば実開昭５８−１２９２
３５号公報に示すよう４Ｔ構造のものもあるが、一般に
はフロアにスライドレールを敷設しこれにシートの支持
部材を載せて、前後調節を行うにうにする。しかしスラ
イドレールににるものは、シートを単に前後移動させる
だ（〕でシートの前方への傾斜角度を変化させるような
ことができず、またシートの下部空間が塞がるから、後
席の乗員が足を伸ば１ノて寛ろぐにうなことができない
という不具合な点があった。
［発明のｌ］的］ この発明は、前記の不具合な点に対し、これを解消する
シートの前後調節機構を提供するようにしたものである
。
１：発明の構成］ この発明は、シートの前部を左右対称のリンクで支え、
該リンクの下端をフロアに対し前後方向に回動自由に枢
支するとともに、該シー１〜の後部中央にステーを重下
し、該ステーの下端に７１コアに固定したレールに沿っ
て前後方向に転動するローラを設けてなる自動車用シー
トの前後調Ｗ機′４Ｍである。
［実施例］ この発明の構成の詳細を、図面に示す実施例によって説
明すると、次の通りである。
第１図〜第３図に示ずＪ：うに、シー１〜１はシートク
ッション２どシートバックレスト３を備える。
シートクッション２の内に、その周縁部に沿って、前部
５ａ、後部５ｂ、両方の側部５ｃ、５ｃを環状に連ねた
クッションフレーム５を埋設する。
一方、シー］・クッション２の前部を支えるリン′り６
は、左右対称の直立部６ａ、６ａと水平部６ｂとを連ね
たコ字形状をな［）、直立部６ａのそれぞれの」二端部
を、クッションフレーム５の前部５ａに近接する側部５
Ｃの前方部に、ビン７により回動自由に枢支する。ざら
にリンク６の水平部６ｂを、フロア９に固着した２個所
のブラケット１０．１０の内に嵌め込み、回動自由に枢
支する、。
ま／、＝シーｌ−クッション２の後部を支えるために、
クッションフレーム５の左右の側部５ｃ、５ｃ間に、後
部５ｂに近接してＭｌｉ断フレーム１２を固設する。ぞ
して横断フレーム１２の中央にステー１４を垂下固設し
、その下端にピン１５によりローラ１７を回転自由に数
個りる。ローラ１７は、フロア９に前後方向に固設した
レール１８に沿って、この内を転動する。
このようにしてシー１〜クツシヨン２は、前方をリンク
の左右の直立部５ａ、５ａと、ブラケット１０．１０に
より支えられ、後方をステー１４とローラ１７により支
えられる。すなわち３点で支持される。そしてブラケッ
ト１０．１０に嵌め込んだリンクの水平部６ｂを中心と
して回動し、また［１−ラ１７を転動さけて、シー１〜
クツシヨン２を前後に位置調節することができる。
この前後位置の変化を第５図について説明すると、シー
トクッションを前方位置にするとき、クッションフレー
ム５、リンク６、ステー１４は実線で示す５’　、６’
　、１４’　の状態になり、シートクッションを後方位
謬にするとぎ、クッションフレーム、リンク、ステーは
鎖線で示す５″。
６　ｎ　１４　ｕの状態になる。ぞしてクッションフレ
ーム５すなわちシー１〜クツシヨンの前方への傾斜角度
が、５　’　、　５　ＩＩに示すＪ：うに変化Ｊる。
さらにシートクッション２を、前後に調節し適宜の位置
に定置づ′るために、ロック機構を設ける。
すなわち第２図、第４図に示寸ように、ステー１４に植
設したビン１９に、回動自由にレバー２０を枢支する。
そしてレバー２０の下端にロックビン２２を固設し、レ
バー２０の−Ｌ端どステー１４の要部との間にスプリン
グ２３を張設する。
またレール１８のローラ転動面に沿う縁部に、ロックピ
ン２２を係止する所要個数のロック溝２５を刻設する。
なおレバー２０を回動操作するために、レバー２０に操
作ハンドル２７を固設する。
従ってシートの前後調節をするには、乗員が操作ハンド
ル２７を握って［〕方向（第２図に示す）に引ぎ」−げ
れば、レバ〜２０はスプリング２３の付勢に抗してピン
１９を中心としてＱ方向（第２図に示で−〉に回動し、
ロックビン２２がロック溝２５から扱は出して自由にな
る。この状態で３点支持のシートクッション２を所望の
前後位置に移動して操作ハンドル２７を放せば、レバー
２０はスプリング２３の付勢ににってＱどは反対の方向
に回動し、ロックビン２２が最寄りのロック溝２５に係
止する。そしてシートクッション２は所望の位置に固定
される。
［発明の効果］ この発明は、前述のようにシートクッションをリンクお
Ｊ：びステーで支えて３点で支持するにうになっている
。そしてシートの前後位置の変化ににるクッションフレ
ーム、リンク、ステーの状態は、第５図に示すようにな
り、シートクッションの前方への傾斜角度が変化する。
すなわちシートを後方へ位置調節するとき、クッション
の前部が下がり、ペダル操作に際して乗ｑの股とクッシ
ョンどの当りが緩和される。そして前後調節範囲あるい
は前方への傾斜角度は、リンク、ステーの取付位置おｊ
；び長さを選定することにより、車の什様に自由に合わ
せられるという利点がある。
またスライドレールを設けず、リンク、ステーで支持す
るようになっているから、構造がきわめて簡単になり、
シートクッションの下方に大ぎな空間が形成される。従
って後席の乗員は足２８（第１図に示す）をこの空間に
伸ばして寛ろぐことができ、乗員の居住性が大幅に向上
するという利点がある。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. （１）シートの前部を左右対称のリンクで支え、該リン
    クの下端をフロアに対し前後方向に回動自由に枢支する
    とともに、該シートの後部中央にステーを垂下し、該ス
    テーの下端にフロアに固定したレールに沿って前後方向
    に転動するローラを設けたことを特徴とする自動車用シ
    ートの前後調節機構。
  2. （２）該ステーにロック部材を取付け該レールに設けた
    ロック溝に係止するようにしてなる特許請求の範囲第１
    項記載の自動車用シートの前後調節機構。
