Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a vinyl chloride film from floating by sticking a SG film on a stainless sheet so as to protect a molding surface from possible scratching allowing a vinyl chloride film to be bonded continuously by a machine on all surface of the above mentioned sheet. CONSTITUTION:A mole material 8 made of a stainless steel sheet is cut off into a specified length l, then a SG film 9 is sticked on its surface. Subsequently, a part 11 of the SG film 9 is peeled off from the molding material 8 leaving the rest 12 as is on the molding material 8. Then a black vinyl chloride film is bonded on the molding material 8 by means of a rolling machine. Under these condition, the molding material 8 is formed into a final shape by means of press works such as blank punching 16 and flanging with drawing 17. Subse quently, a part of the vinyl chloride film 14 is peeled of, the rest 20 of the film is bonded on a concave of the molding surface. In this case, no air is admitted in between the remaining vinyl chloride film 20 and the concave on the mole surface preventing the vinyl chloride film 20 from floating.

り、ステンレス薄板と塩ビフィルムとの間に空気の侵入
がなく、又、気泡もまったくない。従って、塩ビフィル
ムの浮き上がりもなくなるもので、次にプレス工程によ
り、モールの表面を塩ビフィルムで保護して、ステンレ
ス薄板のブランク抜き、絞り、フランジ曲げ等の工程に
より、モールの形状に成形するもので、塩ビフィルムの
浮き上がりもなく、従来の塩ビフィルムのように人手に
よる作業もなくなり、外観良好なフィルムモールが製造
出来るものである。

ジ曲げのプレス加工により最終のモール形状に成形し、
前記塩化ビニールフィルムの一部をはがして製造する、
モールの表面がステンレス板材と塩化ビニールフィルム
よりなるフィルムモールの製造方法。
