Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転円板用収納空間及び材料排出口を形成
    した基台と、基台の前記収納空間に回転可能に収
    納され、かつ円周方向に多数の計量孔を形成した
    回転円板と、回転円板を覆い、かつ材料を収容す
    るホツパーを載設したキヤツプとを備え、ホツパ
    ー出口よりの材料をキヤツプの連通孔を介して回
    転円板の計量孔に充填し、該計量孔を基台の材料
    排出口に連通させ計量吐出するようにした回転円
    板型計量供給装置であつて、 前記回転円板の多数の計量孔は同心円周上に２
    列以上に亘つて形成し、相隣る各列の計量孔同士
    は任意地点の計量値が一定になるべくずらすと共
    に、材料排出時において基台の材料排出口に臨む
    全計量孔の総断面積が常に一定となるべく配設し
    、 さらに、前記計量孔を形成した回転円板の各列
    の上部には環状溝を形成すると共に、上記キヤツ
    プの裏側には前記環状溝に嵌合する突起を設けて
    なることを特徴とする回転円板型計量供給装置。 (2) 前記環状溝のうち、各列の計量孔同士間に
    おける環状溝部の容積２は、各単位計量孔の総
    容積１よりその上部位置の環状溝部の容積４
    を差し引いた容積３よりも小さくしてある実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の回転円板型計
    量供給装置。
