部すから引出したりすることにより、作業ロールa端部
外周の形状を制御し、圧延材Sの幅端部のクラウン形状
を制御するようにした圧延機がある。しかし、斯かる圧
延機では、圧延材断面形状変更の際に作業ロールaを圧
延機の外へ取出したうえデーバーウェッジCの位置調整
を行わなければならないため、作業が繁雑で形状制御g
M(mを充分に発揮させることができない、等の問題が

得るよう嵌合せしめ、ピストン3の中空部2側端部にリ
ング状のテーパーウェッジ4を固着して該テーパーウェ
ッジ4を前記中空部2に嵌入せしめ、作業ロール1の軸
部5を軸受6を介して作業ロー ・ル軸箱7に支持せ
しめ、作業ロール1の軸部5に、該作業ロール1の軸部
5に対して嵌合する部分と作業ロール1の軸部5に対し
て所定の中空部8を有する部分を備えたシリンダー9を
嵌合せしめ、シリンダー9の軸受6側端部を軸受6側部
に当接せしめ、前記ピストン3の軸受6側の端部をシリ
ンダー9の中空部8に嵌入せしめ、中空部8内にピスト
ン3を中空部2側へ付勢し得るようスプリング10を収
納し、作業ロール1の軸部に導油孔11,12を穿設し
て導油孔11を中空部2に、導油孔12を中空部8に夫
々連通せしめ、図示してない油圧源により適宜中空部2
又は8へ圧油を供給し冑るようにする。図中13.14
