    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ケーシング内に設けられたロータ上の比較的外側
    の区域に在る支持部に水切乾燥すべき半導体材料を収め
    たキャリャが保持されるようになっていろ水切乾燥装置
    において、前記ロータの主軸は中空であって、前記主軸
    を貫通するロンドと、前記ロンドの上歎端に取付けられ
    て前記支持部に当接し得る適当数のアニムと、前記ロン
    ドを上下に移動する作動装置を備えていることを特徴と
    する半導体材料の水切乾燥装置。
  2. （２）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装一におい
    て、前記作動装置はシリンダ装置である水切乾燥装置。
  3. （３）実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の装置におい
    て、各前記支持部には対応の前記アームの当接を受ける
    突片が備えられていろ水切乾燥装置。
