Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. マグネトロンからのマイクロ波が導波管を伝送
    し給電口を通して給電される少なくとも空胴壁の
    一部に光透過性部材を有するマイクロ波共振空胴
    を備え、この空胴内に無電極放電ランプを有し、
    上記導波管および給電口を経てランプを冷却する
    送風手段を設けたマイクロ波放電光源装置におい
    て、上記光源装置に光の照射方向を調節する回動
    手段を備え、給電口の長辺と光源装置の回動方向
    とを一致させたことを特徴とするマイクロ波放電
    光源装置。
