Claims (1)
- 孔加工を施した被測定物を位置決めして載置す
る定盤の上方に、その定盤の上面と平行な方向へ
移動するセンサホルダーが配置されるとともに、
そのセンサーホルダーの移動量を互いに直交する
２方向での移動量として検出するスケールが設け
られ、さらに前記被測定物との間の距離に応じて
出力電圧の変化するセンサーが前記センサーホル
ダーに下向きに取付けられていることを特徴とす
る孔位置測定装置。
