- 厚み系の振動が励起される圧電板と、前記圧電
板の板面径より小さな領域の両主板面に形成され
た励振用電極と、前記圧電板の少なくとも一方の
主板面側に前記励振電極上を主とした複数個所に
蒸着された周波数調整用の金属膜とからなること
を特徴とする圧電振動子。
