Claims (1)
- 圧電基板に少なくとも共振子電極部が形成され
た圧電素子と、圧電基板のうち上記共振子電極部
が形成された面を被覆する周波数調整被膜と、上
記共振子電極部に対応して、周波数調整被膜と、
前記圧電素子を外装する外装樹脂層との間に形成
された振動空間とを有する圧電部品において、上
記周波数調整被膜の表面が粗面に形成されている
ことを特徴とする圧電部品。
