Claims (1)
- 浸漬ろう付された導波管の洗浄によつて、フラ
ツクスが除去されたか否かを判断する検査装置に
おいて、蒸留水が入つていて被検査品を浸す検査
槽と、蒸留水の導電率を検出するセンサーと、蒸
留水を製造する蒸留水製造器と、蒸留水を循環さ
せるポンプと、導電率を指示する導電率指示計と
導電率を記録する記録計を備えたことを特徴とす
る検査装置。
