ツチ装置の断面図を、第２，３図はそれぞれライ
ニング材に油溝を有する場合と無い場合のクラツ
チ板の平面図を示したもので、第４，５図はクラ
ツチ板をスリツプさせたときのクラツチ板冷却油
の温度上昇分布を、本考案と従来のクラツチ板に
ついて比較した図表である。 １……入力軸、２……円筒部、４……入力クラ
ツチ板、５……出力軸、６……キヤリア、８，８
１，８２……出力クラツチ板、９，９１，９２…
…ライニング材、１１……クラツチピストン、１
２……バツキングプレート、１８……クラツチピ
ストン室、２４……油路、２５……油室、２６，
２８……油穴、２７……油溝。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 出力軸と一体のキヤリアに出力側クラツチ板を
    スプライン嵌合し、入力軸と一体のハブに入力側
    クラツチ板をスプライン嵌合し、キヤリアにクラ
    ツチピストンとバツキングプレートとを対向して
    設け、該ピストンとバツキングプレートとの間に
    、上記出力側クラツチ板と入力側クラツチ板とを
    交互に接触させて配置し、油圧ポンプから制御さ
    れて供給されるクラツチ油圧により該クラツチピ
    ストンを介して押圧することによつてクラツチ板
    を一時的に又は長時間スリツプ状態のもとで、入
    力軸から出力軸に動力を伝達する摩擦式多板クラ
    ツチにおいて、クラツチピストン又はバツキング
    プレートに接して、キヤリアにスプライン嵌合し
    て設けた、それぞれのクラツチ板のクラツチピス
    トン及び、バツキングプレートに接する面のライ
    ニングの油溝をなくして平滑面にしたことを特徴
    とするクラツチ装置。
