  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 周辺フラツプ２と張出した平らな円板状部分
    １とを有するびん閉鎖用引きちぎり式軽金属製キ
    ヤツプであつて、 引きちぎりバンド５が前記周辺フラツプ２を横
    切り、該周辺フラツプを越えて引き舌片３まで延
    びており、金属性の前記円板状部分１の底面に部
    分的にのみ円板状のガスケツト７が留めてあるキ
    ヤツプにおいて、 該円板状ガスケツト７が前記金属円板状部分１
    に前記引きちぎりバンド５の外側の２つの区域６
    に対応して留めてあることを特徴とするキヤツプ
    。 ２ 前記引きちぎりバンド５が２本の切りこみ線
    ４で区画されており、該切りこみ線が前記引き舌
    片３の縁の延長線となつており、かつ前記周辺フ
    ラツプ２の自由縁に達する前に前記引き舌片３の
    反対側の部分で終つている実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載のキヤツプ。 ３ 前記引きちぎりバンド５が平行な縁を有し、
    前記円板状部分１において２つの同じ形状の区域
    ６を区画している実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    又は第２項に記載のキヤツプ。
