PURPOSE:To enable curing-material to be efficiently transported for curing without requiring any return process for empty pallets, by installing a curing- material supply stand and a curing-material release stand in close vicinity to an annular pallet round trip conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A curing-material 15 completed in coating an its panel sheet is transferred on the pallet 2 of a ball conveyor 3 housed in an annular pallet round trip conveyor 1 from a carry-in conveyor 11 (curing-material carry-in stand), by a machine operator 16. Said curing-material 15 together with its pallet 2 is transported to a ball conveyor 6 also by the machine operator 16, via a roller conveyor 7, a ball conveyor 4, a roller conveyor 8, a ball conveyor 5 and a roller conveyor 9. then, the curing-material 15 is transferred, by a machine operator 18, from the pallet 2 to curing-material release stand 13 and thereafter its is further transferred from the curing-material release stand 13 to a cutter device 14 where it is cut in pieces of a specific size. 程へ搬入している。しかし、パレットごと一方向に順次
搬送していたため、切断工程へ搬入して空になったパレ
ットが溜まり、これを元の位置へ戻す工程が必要になる
。そのため、生産能率が悪いという問題があった。
