側の外周に近い部分とで異ならせたことを特徴と
する表面研磨装置。 (2) 回転シヤフトの長手方向中央部における繊
維または繊維製品の密度がその両側の密度に比べ
て高くなつている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
