- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回転駆動される回転シヤフトの周りに、研
磨機能を有する金属あるいは合成樹脂の繊維、ま
たはこれらの繊維製品を固着してなる表面研磨装
置において、前記繊維または繊維製品の研磨機能
を径方向に回転シヤフトに近い部分とこれより外
側の外周に近い部分とで異ならせたことを特徴と
する表面研磨装置。 (2) 回転シヤフトの長手方向中央部における繊
維または繊維製品の密度がその両側の密度に比べ
て高くなつている実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の表面研磨装置。
