A discontinuous cut punching device that forms discontinuous cuts on both sides as a boundary, and a bag opening device that separates only the upper film portion of the discontinuous cuts are provided independently in parallel, and the timing of each is adjusted. There is a known method (for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 45259/1983) in which each bag is rolled up and manufactured as a belt-like body having an opening by operating each time the bag material belt is intermittently transferred. According to this method and apparatus, thermal welding, discontinuous cut perforation, and bag opening formation are performed independently, so that there may be problems due to elongation due to the nature of the bag material strip or errors in work timing. Each operation at predetermined intervals may not be performed accurately, for example, discontinuous cuts may be perforated in the center between the heat welded parts at predetermined intervals formed in the previous process, or bag openings may be made in areas other than the areas where the discontinuous cuts are made. Therefore, methods and devices that perform the three operations of heat welding, discontinuous cut drilling, and bag opening formation over time can result in significant loss of the bag material strip. There was a great risk that this would occur, and it was not practical.

To explain the outline of the invention, a bag material (X) made of a flat tube-shaped thermoplastic synthetic resin is rolled up from a drum (1) in the form of a roller. The bag is passed around a dancer roller (2) and is intermittently transferred to a bag making machine (3) that simultaneously performs thermal welding, discontinuous cut punching, and discontinuous cut separation, and is passed through a printing device (not shown) along the way. After the bag is completely formed, it reaches the delivery roller (4), where air is blown from the blower (5) near the roller (4) to open the bag, and at the same time, the bag is released from the opening through the chute (6). The bag is constructed such that the object to be packaged is put into the body, and then the opening of the bag is closed using a bottom seal cutter (7) and at the same time the bag is divided into individual bags (y).

A guide device consisting of a rank and a pinion is provided, and a weight is also provided to obtain the required dead weight. In addition, magnetic disks (
2') is provided on the dancer roller (2), which actuates a magnetic sensing switch when the magnetic disc (2') moves up and down. The magnetic sensing switches (8) and (9) are concave-shaped with a portion that increases in volume when the magnetic disk (2') moves up and down, and when the magnetic sensing switch (9) is activated. The motor αO) is driven to feed out the bag material strip (Xl), which causes the dancer roller (2) to move downward, and the magnetic sensing switch (8) to operate and stop the motor α0). The repeated operation of the bag material belt (Xl) stops.Furthermore, the delivery roller (4) continues to rotate intermittently.

When individual bag bands are formed, a continuous band having an opening in a part of the bag body can be formed, and in addition, heat welding to form the bag body, while opening a part of the bag body, makes it possible to form a continuous band with an opening in a part of the bag body. Since the discontinuous cuts that separate the bodies and the opening of the bag body are formed by separating only one side of the discontinuous cuts on the upper surface of the bag material strip, the heat of the bag material strip is generally removed during heat welding. Since the strength of the welded area decreases due to melting, it is not possible to perform a pulling operation to separate only one side of the discontinuous cut, and if an opening operation is performed to separate the discontinuous cut, the heat-welded area will be severed. A problem arises,
For this reason, in the past, it was necessary to separate each device and provide a cooling period, but compared to a system in which such devices are installed separately and independently, this method is much simpler, and the automatic bag making device can be made smaller. , and if each device is installed separately and independently, it is necessary to adjust the operation timing of each device, and errors in the adjustment will occur, but the present invention allows all operations to be performed simultaneously as described above. , there is virtually no need to set or adjust the operation timing. Further, since such an operation timing is not required, the bag can be completely manufactured and no product loss occurs. Moreover, when the discontinuous cut perforation blade cuts into the bag material band, the bag material band presser is moved and opened, so the force from the opening action of the bag material band presser is applied to the heat welded area by the discontinuous cut perforation blade. As a result, the discontinuous cut perforating blade also has the function of a presser, preventing it from cutting from the heat welded area, and furthermore, the discontinuous cut perforating blade and one side of the discontinuous cut can be prevented from cutting from the heat welded part. Since the opening part, which is separated only by the opening part, is integrated into a single mounting stand, the line length can be shortened, making the entire device more compact, increasing manufacturing speed, and reducing the number of parts. It also requires less.

When the bags are biting in, only the top surface of the bag material strip is pulled by frictional force to form the opening, so the force applied by the spring is constant from the beginning to the end of the opening operation, which is different from the conventional method. By pulling the bag material band from side to side at the discontinuous cut using a pusher consisting of a friction wheel, the drawback that the bag material band is completely separated at the upper and lower cuts and the continuous band may be broken can be eliminated. .
