- 赤外発光素子、赤外光を集め放射する集光レン
ズ、外部光を遮光するカツトフイルター、反射さ
れた赤外光を受ける赤外発光素子、これら収納す
るセンサボツクス、ボツクスを上下に移動させる
動力機構を備えたものにおいて、パルス発光する
赤外光を液面に放射し、その反射光のみをパルス
同期を利用して取出し非接触で液面位置検出をお
こなうことを特徴とする全反射方式液面検知器。
