Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 以下の(イ)から(ハ)の部材からなる抵抗焼
結機用電極、 (イ) 底部にフランジを設けた薄肉の円筒体か
らなる加熱電極、 (ロ) 二層の円筒体からなり、内側の円筒体の
上縁は前記加熱電極の外側上縁と接触しており、
外側の円筒体は前記加熱電極の円筒体よりも厚肉
であり、かつ前記二層の円筒体の下縁は一体的に
結合されている加圧電極、および (ハ) 前記加熱電極のフランジと前記加圧電極
の結合部との間に挿入したスペーサ。 (2) 前記加熱電極と加圧電極がグラフアイトか
らなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の抵
抗焼結機用電極。
