- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 以下の(イ)から(ニ)の部材からなるカーボ
ンヒーター、 (イ) 薄肉の円筒体からなる内側円筒部、 (ロ) 二層の円筒体からなり、内側の円筒体の
上縁は前記内側円筒部の外側上縁と接触しており
、外側の円筒体は前記内側円筒部の円筒体よりも
厚肉であり、かつ前記二層の円筒体の下縁は一体
的に結合されている上外筒部、 (ハ) 二層の円筒体からなり、内側の円筒体の
下縁は前記内側円筒部の外側下縁と接触しており
、外側の円筒体は前記内側円筒部の円筒体よりも
厚肉であり、かつ前記二層の円筒体の上縁は一体
的に結合されている下外筒部、および (ニ) 前記上外筒部の下縁結合部の下面と、前
