Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、導体プレートと、該導体プレートに取付けら
れたプラグ盤とを備えた差込み可能゛な、電気的な構成
ユニットであって、プラグ盤が数列の格子状に配置、％
、、ｌ、された、接触部材のための受容室を備えており
、接触部材の直角に曲げら：ｈた接続部材が一方の側か
ら導体プレートの孔に挿入されている形式のものに関す
る。
従来技術 プラグ盤のＲ縁に整列するように導体プレートを配置す
ることは公知である。この構成では導体プレートが１庸
接する外側の受容室夕ＩＪの範囲内まで達することがあ
る。ただしその場合にも接続部材を直線状に導体プレー
トに沿って接続部材を挿入するだめの孔まで導くために
は十分な自由空間が残っている。かかる配置では、導体
プレートから突出しだ１琴続部材の端部並びに導体プレ
ートを貫通した、導体プレートに実装された構成素子の
端部が隣りの構成ユニットの分離範囲内まで入り込む危
険がある。特に構成ユニットを既に挿入された２つの構
成ユニット相互間に差込むときには互いに接触すること
がある。
発明が解決しようとする問題点 本発明の課題は、構成ユニットの構造を改善し、かつ妨
害の危険を回避することである。
問題点を解決するだめの手段 上記の課題を解決するだめの本発明の手段は、冒頭に記
載の形式の差込み可能な、電気的な構成ユニットにおい
て、導体プレートが受容室の内側の列の延長範囲内に配
置されており、導体プレートの、接続部材の自由端部に
向いた側に位置する、外側の列の接続部材が導体プレー
ト端部の所でＵ字形に曲げられており、かつこの外側の
列および少なくともこれに隣接する列の受容室が交互に
接触部材を受容していることである。
実施例 ４１図および第２図によれば、差込み可能な、ｉＥ電気
的構成ユニットのプラグ−！？ｒ、は数列のＰ：触部材
３のための受容室２を備えたケー／ング１から成る。接
触部材は接触ばね・ｔと接続部材５とによって一体にｔ
ｙｔ成されている。接続部材の自由端部は受容室２に対
して直角に曲げられ、かつ一方の側から導体プレート６
の孔７内に挿入されている。導体プレートは外側から２
番目の受容室の列の延長範囲内に配置されている。
隣りの外側の列の接続部材５は４体プレート６の端部の
所でＵ字形に曲げられて導体プレート６の反対側まで案
内されており、かつこのようにして次の列の受容室２に
かぶさっている。これらの２つの列の受容室２には交互
に接触部材：うが配置されるので、接続部材５が互いに
接触することはない。これら２つの列の接触部材は有利
には電気的に特に負荷を受ける導線に接続される。
発明の効果 本発明によれば、導体プレートはプラグ盤の縁から内側
へずらされている。導体プレートは端面でもって受容室
列の一部を覆っている。導体プレートを貫通した接続部
材の端部はプラグ水の縦１によって規定される分離境界
に対して十分な距離を有している。構成ユニットをマが
ノン後、友の差込み製置に差込む際に一方の側への力の
配分の偏りは僅かである、それというのも導体プレート
（これを介して差込みカは伝達される）がプラグ盤の中
心の方へずらされているからである。
製作技術上、接続部材のすべての端部が一方の側から導
体プレートの所定の孔内に挿入されると有利である。こ
れは、外１μｍ１の列の接、跣部材を曲げて少なくとも
次の列の接続部材の範囲内にまで入り込ませなければな
らないことを意味する。受容室に接触部材を交互に配置
することによって相互の接触は回避される。本発明の構
成ではこれら２つの列の接触部材は従来よりも大きな相
互距離を有し、したがって相互に電気的に干渉する危険
は減少する。この理由からこれら２つの列には電気的に
特に危険に曝される導線が配属される。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 導体プレートと、該導体プレートに取付けられたプラグ
    盤とを備えた差込み可能な、電気的な構成ユニットであ
    つて、プラグ盤が数列の格子状に配置された、接触部材
    のための受容室を備えており、接触部材の直角に曲げら
    れた接続部材が一方の側から導体プレートの孔に挿入さ
    れている形式のものにおいて、導体プレート（６）が受
    容室（２）の内側の列の延長範囲内に配置されており、
    導体プレート（６）の、接続部材（５）の自由端部に向
    いた側に位置する、外側の列の接続部材（５）が導体プ
    レート端部の所でＵ字形に曲げられており、かつこの外
    側の列および少なくともこれに隣接する列の受容室（２
    ）が交互に接触部材（３）を受容していることを特徴と
    する、差込み可能な、電気的な構成ユニット。
