Claims (1)
- 誘電体と、この誘電体の両面にそれぞれ焼付け
られた金属からなる薄膜と、これら各金属薄膜に
それぞれ付設された一対の電極板と、これら一対
の電極板および前記誘電体および金属薄膜全体を
覆う絶縁物からなる外皮とを具備し、前記電極板
は、その周辺部位におけるエツジ部の形状が電気
力線を放射状に拡げる形状をなしいることを特徴
とする磁気コンデンサ。
